| With over 12 years experience working in the field of health and wellness, a lengthy career in leadership & development at lululemon headquarters, years in her private practice as a Certified Transformation Coach, Master Reiki Energy healer and EFT Practitioner, Giulia is defined by everything but her CV.
As a high perceiving youth growing up in a family of alcoholism, Giulia faced challenges which gifted her with profound personal insight early on. Through a 20 year journey of soulful expansion and inquiry, Giulia has worked through healing her own personal chapters and pain of abuse, anorexia, body image dysmorphia, disordered eating, anxiety, depression, low self esteem, orthorexia and trauma.
Giulia’s purpose is to see women living into their most magnetic, confident and brilliant selves, free of the obstacles that stand in their way. She is inspired by supporting women to go from feeling unworthy to UNSTOPPABLE and to step into a confidence that transforms not only their relationship with their bodies, but their entire lives!
