For the past 25 years it has been my privilege to support some of Canada’s leading hospitals and executive education schools by helping leaders and healthcare professionals co-create thriving work environments. My passion has been to help people access and build on their strengths, and to be better collaborators, team members and leaders. But having coached hundreds of motivated and capable individuals over the years has shown that effecting lasting change is often elusive. And this is why I am so excited about using EFT Tapping to free up the subconscious patterns that drive 95% of our behaviour.
